Mr. Ronell Prout brings over fourteen (14) years of broad professional experience to NPMC, underpinned by a strong commitment to service excellence and a focused expertise in human resources. Holding a BSc in International Tourism, he began his career in the hospitality industry, where he honed his skills in client relations and operational management over a five (5) year span.

For the past nine (9) years, Mr. Prout has worked in the field of Human Resources, where he currently serves as a Performance Management Officer. In this role, he leads employee development initiatives and supports strategies that enhance organizational effectiveness. His dual background in customer service and HR offers a unique perspective on building meaningful experiences for both employees and stakeholders.
