As a purpose-led organisation, NPMC takes the opportunity to make an important contribution to society, by going a step beyond Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) to create value through its core business both for its stakeholders and society.

NPMC has been a mainstay in many communities and has been supporting causes we believe in for decades. Our efforts to impact the lives of citizens has seen us giving upwards of TT$7.6M from 2019 to present, to improve the quality of life of our communities, in a way that makes us proud.

 

As a caring environmental steward, NPMC prioritise the protection of the environment and works steadfastly to comply with all applicable regulations and proactively improve our performance regarding protecting the environment.

 

At our facilities and in our communities, we aim to minimise our environmental impact by implementing systems and adopting best practices that make a positive difference.

The new NPMC brand positioning speaks to “Care for the Environment” and this initiative will see us partnering with key stakeholders to contribute to the implementation of the National Environment Policy through participating in educating the public on ways that they can contribute to the caring for the environment.

The Company operates with a Donations Policy which treats with benevolent requests monthly from the entire national community in areas such as Education, Sports, Health, Social Issues, Culture and the Arts. Additionally, there is a Sponsorship Policy to treat with corporate partnering and sponsorship in the areas of Education, Arts and Culture, Sports and Sporting activities.
