Mr. Thomas has amassed over twenty-five (25) years of experience in Commercial, Consumer and Trade Marketing primarily in the Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) industry, serving in Executive and Senior Leadership roles across diverse organisations including CGA Caribbean Limited, British American Tobacco (WITCO), Nestle Trinidad & Tobago Limited and Angostura Limited.

Mr. Thomas has a proven track record of successful product launches, market expansions and campaign executions in both local and international markets. His experience spans distributor management, market research, brand equity growth as well as collaboration with cross-functional teams to achieve corporate goals.

He is the holder of a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with distinction and specialization in Marketing from the Arthur Lok Jack Graduate School of Business, and a Bachelor of Science (BSc.) (Hons) in Management Studies with an emphasis in Marketing from the University of the West Indies. Mr. Thomas is also fluent in Spanish.

Sunil Babooram has amassed over eighteen (18) years of internal and external audit experience within the private and public sectors in diverse industries including Oil & Gas, Construction, Real Estate, Hospitality, and Professional Services. With multinational experience in SHELL (Formally BG Trinidad & Tobago Ltd) and PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC), Sunil gave shape and direction to the internal audit function at three State Enterprises where he contributed to improved systems and processes.

Mr. Babooram has a wealth of knowledge and understanding of Audit and Forensic Investigations, Policy and Process Improvement, Corporate Governance as well as Internal Controls and Risk Management. With extreme passion for the Internal Audit profession and the mission of adding value, he served on the Board of The Institute of Internal Auditors, Trinidad and Tobago (IIATT) in the capacity of Vice President, Senior Vice President, President, and Governor. During this time, he led major initiatives that increased the profile of The IIATT and was the founder of the Caribbean Ethics Forum, which is currently an annual event.

He is a Certified Internal Auditor (CIA) and the holder of a Certificate in Risk Management Assurance (CRMA), both obtained from the Institute of Internal Auditors. Additionally, he is a Fellow member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (FCCA).

Outside of work, Sunil places high value on family time, charity, and volunteerism.

Yvette Hoyte has amassed over twenty-five (25) years of experience within the private and public sector in diverse industries including, Manufacturing, FMCG, Energy, Transportation, Retail and Management Consulting. She has spent 15 years of her career in strategic leadership roles.

Ms. Hoyte has a wealth of knowledge in all Public Procurement activities, inclusive of Supplier Relationship Management, Strategic Procurement and Contract Management, Financial Management, Risk Management and Performance Management.

She is the holder of a Master of Science (MSc.) in Production Management from the Department of Mechanical and Manufacturing Engineering, and a Bachelor of Science (BSc.) in Management Studies, both from the University of the West Indies. She also holds a Diploma from Chartered Institute of Procurement and Supply (CIPS) UK, Lean Six Sigma certification, and qualifications as a Lead ISO 9001 QMS Auditor.

Ms. Hoyte is a member of the Chartered Institute of Procurement & Supply (CIPS) UK, Supply Chain Canada, the Supply Chain Association of Trinidad & Tobago, the Caribbean Corporate Governance Institute (CCGI), the Trinidad & Tobago Manufacturers’ Association (TTMA), and the Association of Female Executives of Trinidad and Tobago (AFETT).

Ms. Maharaj is the holder of a Master of Laws (LL.M.) in Corporate & Commercial Law and a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) (Upper Seconds Division), both from the University of the West Indies, Cave Hill, Barbados; and a Legal Education Certificate (L.E.C.) from the Hugh Wooding Law School, St. Augustine, Trinidad. Ms. Maharaj is also a Graduand and Associate of the Chartered Governance Institute (C.G.I.) of Canada, with qualifications as a Governance Professional and Chartered Secretary. She has received extensive training from several legal bodies including the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators, the Caribbean Corporate Governance Institute and the Commonwealth Lawyers Association. Ms. Maharaj has worked in a variety of sectors in both the public and private sectors, including multinational organisations, holding senior leadership positions and rendering legal advice on a broad range of complex commercial issues. Ms. Maharaj is a member of the Law Association of Trinidad and Tobago and its Corporate, Commercial and Conveyancing Committee; Insurance Committee; Entertainment and Events Committee; and Health and Wellness Committee. Ms. Maharaj is also a member of the Naparima Girls’ High School (NGHS) Alumnae.

Lincoln Derek Harrison is a seasoned Energy Sector professional having worked for over 25 years in Process Plant Management and Operations. Lincoln is a team builder with a strong HSEQ work culture and he brings his experience from working on several petrochemical projects.

Throughout his career Lincoln Harrison has developed and led successful groups which have built and implemented strategic plans and budgets for long term, safe, successful, profitable operations. He joined NP having over thirteen (13) years of experience in a technical role directly related to Process Plant operations in the Oil and Gas industry, having worked at companies such as Niquan Energy Trinidad Limited, World GTL Trinidad Limited, and Methanex Trinidad Limited.

Lincoln Harrison is a graduate of the University of the West Indies and holds a BSc. in Natural Sciences. Lincoln also possesses certifications in OSHA 29 CFR 1910 Incident Command System; Distributed Control System; Effective Plant Operator Best Practices; and Process Hazard Analysis Leader using HAZOP and What if/Checklist Techniques.

Valene Robertson is an Organisational Efficiency and Business Improvement Leader with years of experience embedding a Continuous Improvement and Six Sigma mindset into organisations to optimise corporate performance. Her professional career spans over two decades with a breadth of experience across several industries both locally and internationally.

At work, Valene is passionate about building an improvement mindset which supports individuals and teams in adopting a logical, data-driven framework to address issues. When not at work, she is passionate about travel which allows her to experience new cultures and meet new people.

Valene holds an MBA in Marketing Management from Baruch College, NYC; an undergraduate degree in Sociology and Management from The University of the West Indies (The UWI) and Six Sigma Certification from Villanova University in Pennsylvania.
