
Trinidad & Tobago National Petroleum Marketing Company Limited (NP) is aware of media reports regarding an incident allegedly related to an LPG 20lb cylinder which resulted in the unfortunate death of Ria George on 2025 September 27th. NP extends its sincere condolences to the family on the loss of their loved one.

This event was held on 2025 May 1st at the Hasely Crawford Stadium. A staple in the community, this track and field athletic meet allows young athletes to shine and grow in a safe and encouraging environment while uniting over 800 primary school athletes. In attendance at the meeting were representatives of NP, its North Service Station Dealers, Vidal Sealey – Manager Protective Services of First Citizens Bank (FCB), Darrin Carmichael – Director Crime Stoppers Trinidad and Tobago and Assistant Superintendent Ashraf Ali of the Trinidad & Tobago Police Service (TTPS).
